Brett Sachs

Dr. Brett Sachs is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon and co-owner of Rocky Mountain Foot & Ankle Center. Dr. Sachs studied biology at the University of Maryland from 1990-1994 and completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 1998. He completed a 3-year podiatric surgical residency at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver in 2001 followed by an orthopedic trauma residency at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco in 2001. Dr. Sachs has extensive training in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, total ankle replacement, arthroscopy, trauma, and sports medicine. He is on the faculty of the Highlands Presbyterian/St. Luke’s residency program. Dr. Sachs is a nationally recognized lecturer and instructor of surgical skills workshops. He has held various academic appointments for the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Sachs is a Past President for the Colorado Foot and Ankle Society and currently serves on the Colorado State Podiatry Board. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Highlands Institute. Dr. Sachs loves spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys golf, skiing, tennis, hiking, and running.
